Performance Engineer
Location: Middlesex, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Term: FULL TIME
- Responsible for the entire performance test lifecycle for various applications, including requirement gathering, test plan development, script development, test executions, and test results reports. Create high-level strategy documentation and detailed test report documents.
- Develop performance test scripts using correlations, parameterizations, checkpoints for error handling, and data pools to enable script for multiple users.
- Design and execute different test scenarios to evaluate application performance.
- Conduct different kinds of performance tests such as Benchmark, Load, and Stress tests.
- Validate data by writing queries. Monitor application and Web server metrics. Track and log defects. Participate in defect triages. Skills required: HP LoadRunner, JMeter, JavaScript, Splunk, Web Services, SQL, Peoplesoft, HTML, Dynatrace, and HP Quality Centre.
- Master's degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field with 6 months of experience in job offered or related occupation is required.
- Bachelor's degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master's degree plus 6 months of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Validation Analysts
Location: Middlesex, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Term: FULL TIME
- Involve in requirements gathering sessions, document requirements, specifications, and prepare test strategy.
- Develop system validation plans for repository projects, compliant workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle validation activities as per FDA guidelines.
- Perform risk assessment and enhance validation procedures, management systems, clinical site services, and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Author validation plans and validation summary reports. Execute test scripts and scenarios in HP ALM. Draft, execute, and close defects.
- Skills required: CSV, 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance, Gamp 5, Knowledge in Data Integrity, GXP Projects, Trackwise Change Control, CAPA, Deviation, Jira, and Service Now.
- Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or any related field is required.
- Bachelor's degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master's degree. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
